I just wanted to say thank you again for the really wonderful way you conducted I’s funeral yesterday. It was lovely – several people said afterwards it was the loveliest, most moving funeral they had ever been to, that they had learned a lot about I – and that they loved the photos!
One lady commented ‘The celebrant really put his heart into the service – it felt like it mattered to him and as if he had known I personally’.’
As you know – I felt the same.
A came away really feeling that his mother’s funeral had been a success – as he commented in the evening, it was a funeral she’d have been happy to attend herself.
Thank you again for helping make what is never an easy time as good as it could be.

It has not been an easy time, but having your support has been so helpful and greatly appreciated.

I am so sorry I didn’t send this email sooner, but I want to say a huge thank you on behalf of dad, R, S, B and of course myself for your part in the service ensuring everything ran smoothly to plan and successfully with no hitches.
I also want to thank you for your invaluable help and advice in our (sometimes stressful) preparations. I’m sure, in the end, we managed to give darling mum the good send-off she deserved.
